Industry participations
The greater part of March’s investments is held in the form of direct industry participations. March takes medium to long-term positions in companies with above-average growth potential. Such companies may be listed on public stock exchanges or they may be private enterprises. With its industry strategy, the group aims to benefit from the ongoing growth of two major, non-related sectors of the economy: pharmaceuticals and financial services.
In the pharmaceutical sector, March seeks to participate in opportunities created by ongoing scientific innovation.
In the financial services sector, the group aims to invest in service providers with market positions favoured by new product trends and industry consolidation. March prefers to work closely with the companies in which it invests and accordingly takes an active interest in such companies at board level.
